Professional Additions Services

"We had a great experience with this remodel. Look forward to another project. Thank you so much!"

"We love our new addition! Jordan and Chris, along with his team went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I got the most beautiful, bedroom and mudroom, added on to my sister-in-Loves existing home. They were, professional, timely, knowledgeable and experienced. They did exactly what they said they would do and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They immediately came back out when the job was done, when we had questions or a minor issue. We would use them again if the need arose. 🥰 Both of us would highly recommend using Precision Enterprise Construction LLC. Jordan is a top notch builder and a good man. Shirley and Mike Carey."

"It is so scary to trust anyone to fix things in your home or in my case, build an addition on to my house. I had 10 builders come out to quote and one of them was Precision! Jordan was very friendly and knowledgeable and was willing to work with me on the price! He and Chris built an entire addition with bedroom, bath, closet and mudroom. They also moved my existing back patio, all in two months time! Their work is amazing and Jordan takes pride in his work and makes sure you are happy! I would highly recommend them for any project you need done in your home! Very satisfied with the end result! Thank you Jordan and Chris!"

"Jordan remodeled two bathrooms in our house and we couldn’t be happier! He is very reliable, communicates well, is trustworthy, and his tile work is pristine. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a stress free project in your home. He will always be our first choice for future projects in our home!"

"I recently hired Precision Enterprise Construction for a bathroom remodel and I honestly can't say enough great things about the entire experience. From the very first consultation, their communication was outstanding — they kept me informed at every stage of the project, promptly returned calls and messages, and never left me wondering what was happening next. The attention to detail these guys bring is truly impressive. Every tile was set perfectly, every fixture was installed with care, and the finished product looks like something out of a magazine. They treated my home as if it were their own, and it showed in every corner of the final result. And the value? Exceptional. The pricing was fair and transparent — no surprise charges or hidden fees — and the quality of work far exceeded what I expected for the cost. This is a team that takes real pride in their craft. If you're considering a remodel, don't hesitate. Precision Enterprise earns every one of these five stars. I'll absolutely be calling them again for future projects!"

"Jordon is awesome!, He does the work himself and know what he is doing! always on time. He remodeled my 3 bath rooms, kitchen, lighting, 22' hidden beam in my kitchen ceiling completely...I can say enough how good he is!"

"Hands down the best tile work I’ve ever seen. Precision Enterprise Construction exceeded every expectation from start to finish. Communication was clear, timelines were honored, and the craftsmanship is on another level. The tile layout was perfectly planned, grout lines are razor straight, cuts are flawless, and the attention to detail is something you just don’t see anymore. They treated my home like it was their own—kept the job site clean, explained every step, and made sure everything was done right, not rushed. You can tell this is high-end, professional work done by someone who truly knows tile, not just installs it. If you’re looking for custom showers, floors, or any detailed tile work and want it done once and done right, stop searching and call Precision Enterprise Construction. Worth every penny and then some. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone without hesitation"

"We had Precision Enterprise Construction do our shower install, and we’re so happy with how it turned out. The tile work is beautiful and very clean. You can tell he really takes pride in what he does. He was easy to communicate with, showed up when he said he would, and made sure everything was done right. Our family absolutely loves the new shower. I will definitely be recommending Precision Enterprise Construction to anyone looking for quality work."

"Precision Enterprise Construction did a fantastic job with my new shower. Jordan stayed in touch with me as the job progressed. After demoing my old shower they discovered some rotten framing. Jordan sent me pictures, and called me. He told me they could repair the framing and gave me a fair price. This work was not part of his original bid. Jordan's Construction knowledge gives him the experience to come up with solutions when unforeseen situation arises. Jordan and his team completed the work in the time frame that he gave me even with repair work to framing. I am in a wheelchair and now able to get in and out of my shower with out the help of anyone. I asked Jordan if he could build me new kitchen cabinets to make them more accessible for me. He gave me a price and will be building me new cabinets in the near future. Thank you so much for the work Precision Enterprise Construction has done. Im looking forward to working with them in the future."

"We had our tub converted to a ceramic tile shower with safety bars, and we couldn’t be happier. The tile work looks great, everything feels solid, and the safety bars add real peace of mind without taking away from the design. The shower is much easier to use now and feels both modern and secure. Highly recommend this company. Jordan is a wonderful, honest person."

"Had the most amazing experience with this company. I was referred by my plumber at Right Price Plumbing. Jordan was able to help me bring my vision to fruition seamlessly. We set a date and he kept all his promises. There were no surprises at all and demo/install was completed in a few days. Precision is fitting for his company name because he pays so much attention to detail. I’m still in awe with the completed project. Quality work, Professional, courteous, tidy, prompt, precise, responsive."

"I needed Jordan and his crew to come put in new floors and help with a little remodel at my office. They were amazing to work with. On time, clean work, and everything looks awesome. And the pricing was so fair compared to what I found elsewhere. Thanks so much!"

"Jordan did a full shower install for me followed by a backsplash install. He did incredible work and very quickly. I like the warranty that comes with his work but the most telling thing was that a month after the install we noticed a small chip in one tile. He came out and took care of it on a Saturday! I can't recommend highly enough."

"Jordan is an amazing craftsman. His knowledge and experience are incredible. We love our beautiful tile shower"

"Jordan’s installed a floor level tile shower for me, and his work was superb. He made recommendations, he was always on time, he protected my floors with plastic, and he cleaned up everyday. Everything you could possibly want in a great installer !!!!!"

"Jordan did an amazing job on our home remodel! He is wonderful and has done an a excellent job for us. He is thorough, detail oriented, and is a pleasure to be around. He’s also a good communicator, a positive person, and an energetic hard worker. He loves what he does and it shows. He finished the work on time. He recently won a prize in a tile competition by creating a “Z” shaped shower niche. He comes up with great ideas for solving problems that “pop up”. Jordan is definitely coming back for another project in our house soon, and we highly recommend him."

"Jordan does great work. Would recommend him to do anything that needs repaired or installed from flooring to ceiling’s. Great work"
